Payment Methods
Payment is due at time of service, unless other arrangements are made in advance. We accept cash, personal checks, Master Card and Visa.
Insurance Billing
Payment is due at time of service. Our insurance biller will check with your insurance provider for coverage and requirements. We can bill your insurance directly or we can provide you with a receipt when you pay, and you can submit this receipt to your insurance company for reimbursement. If they require a “superbill” with codes, we can provide that.
Cancellation Policy
Please give us 24 hours notice if you must cancel. Otherwise, we reserve the right to charge you a missed appointment fee.
Other Policies
It is your responsibility to inform us if you are pregnant, or think you are pregnant. Many commonly used acupuncture points and Chinese herbs will cause miscarriage. Children must be supervised at all times; an acupuncture clinic is not a safe place for children to be left unattended.
