Payment Methods
Payment is due at time of service, unless other arrangements are made in advance. We accept cash, personal checks, Master Card, Visa, American Express, and Discover.
Insurance Billing
Payment is due at time of service unless you are paying with insurance or victim compensation. We will bill your insurance directly or we can provide you with a receipt if you prefer to submit a receipt to your insurance company for reimbursement.
Cancellation Policy
Please give us 24 hours notice if you must cancel.
Other Policies
It is your responsibility to inform us if you are pregnant, or think you are pregnant. Many commonly used acupuncture points and Chinese herbs will cause miscarriage. Children must be supervised at all times; an acupuncture clinic is not a safe place for children to be left unattended.
